1 - Exterior Cleanup
Sweep and clean front porch
Wipe down the front door and rails
Repaint or decorate front door
Secure any loose handrails
Sweep up the driveway and clear extra vehicles
Sweep up pine cones, needles, and debris in front yard
Replace broken / old windows & shutters
Touch up or repaint where necessary
Pressure wash walkways, remove excess dirt
Clean the gutters
Clean patio furniture
Wash windows and screens
Trim any trees and shrubs
Add seasonal flowers and landscaping
Remove any cobwebs and nests
2 - Interior Housekeeping
All laundry is either put away or hidden
Clean floors, baseboards, and trim
Clean filters and vents
Dust and wipe down all surfaces
Dust furniture and lighting
Clean all windows, mirrors, window covers / shades
Remove all trash
Organize and declutter every room and close
Rearrange furniture as needed
Move all sensitive paperwork and medication to a secure area
Remove personal items and photos
Remove all pet-related items and food
Eliminate / Neutralize odors
Re-paint walls in neutral shades
Fix anything not working properly
3 - Room Detailing
Bathroom
Re-caulk sinks, tubs & showers
Clean tile grout
Place fresh towels and rugs
Remove any soap residue
Remove any rust and stains
Clean toilet bowls
Clean or replace shower curtains

Remove magnets from the fridge
Remove dishes from sight
Go through pantry and donate extra food
